We hope you love your Bella Headbands purchase! Because each item is handmade with care, we kindly ask that you review the following return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the returned item(s).

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help when possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Gift cards, clearance or final-sale merchandise, and personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please Note

Because our headbands are handmade, slight variations in fabric pattern placement may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
